A travel item needs to have more than one function for light travel.
For the luxury of a swim suit cover the garment may also function as a bathrobe and an extra layer if the weather chills.
The Garment needs to:
1. Wash well.
2. Dry quickly.
3. Be attractive.
4. Be light weight.
And can be as simple as a T-Shirt.
